Prometheus was the Titan of Greek mythology who stole fire from the gods and gave it to mankind. For science fiction debates, it may refer to any of the following:
- USS Prometheus, the Federation starship NX-74913 on VOY
- USAF Prometheus, the first Human-made space battleship on SG1
- EAS Prometheus, an Earth Alliance heavy cruiser in Babylon 5, under the command of Michael Jankowski.
