A moon is a sizable natural satellite orbiting a planet or other natural non-stellar body. The best known moon is Earth's Moon, also known as Luna to distingish it from the untold trillions of other moons out there in the universe. It is notable for being the only natural celestial body besides Earth where human beings have actually walked (despite the claims of various lunatics).
