Edward Jellico

Edward Jellico is the captain of the Federation starship USS Cairo and temporarily took command of the USS Enterprise in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Chain of Command."

The Enterprise crew disliked him because he expected officers to wear uniforms and obey orders.
