Craftworld

Craftworlds are large spacecraft used by the Eldar as mobile cities. After the birth of Slaanesh, they are the centers of Eldar civilization.

Characteristics

Craftworlds are constructed largely of wraithbone, an Eldar construction material with properties that allow it to be manipulated psychically. The wraithbone structure serves as a power and information network for the Craftworld and its inhabitants. The outer hull also serves as a sort of Faraday cage against external psychic phenomena: this protection allowed the Eldar living on craftworlds to survive the birth of Slaanesh.
