Organization
The Blue Suns are controlled by a commander named Vido Santiago, who makes decisions regarding contracts and independent operations. Lesser officers oversee Blue Suns operations on particular worlds. Their operational doctrine emphasizes firepower and combined-arms, and they make heavy use of combat mechs.
Membership
The Blue Suns recruit humans, turians, and batarians.
Threat Assessment
The Blue Suns are a significant force in the poorly governed Terminus Systems, but their forces are far too limited to threaten a major planetary government, let alone an interstellar government.
