One of the strongholds of Imperial rule, and the longest to hold out as a bastion of the Empire. Served as the refuge and launching base for the Reborn Emperor Palpatine from the pleasure planet Byss. Navigation of the region was exceedingly difficult without special navigation charts that were jealously guarded by the Empire
