Hand Device

The Goa'uld Hand Device is a type of Personnal Weapon of Exotic Operation, resembling a jewel held over the hand.

Properties

Hand Devices have several functions, the first being the Generation of a shockwave capable of knocking over an Adult Human, a powerful short ranged attack. The second being use being a torture implement being able to inflict considerable pain when held in close proximity of the head of a victim. This mode can also be used to transfer information from one individual to another. Hand Devices can only be used by Hosts or Ex-Hosts of Goa'uld Symbiots.
