A Federation portable computer interface PADD

A PADD (Personal Access Display Device)is a portable, wireless computer terminal used by the Federation and other Star Trek civilizations to interface with their mainframe computer systems. A typical PADD measures about 10cm by 20 cm by 1cm, with a touchscreen interface on one of the large surfaces.
