USS Malinche

The USS Malinche (NCC-38997) is an Excelsior-class starship that in 2373 was sent to rescue the USS Defiant after it was disabled by the Maquis. The Malinche would later fall into another Maquis trap and have to be rescued by the Defiant[1]
