Tyranids (Often Abreviated to Nids) are a type of Eusocial beings and a faction in the Warhammer 40,000 universe
Attributes
Tyranids are a strain of Organisms that come in a wide variety of forms, from wormlike scavengers to multi kilometer long creatures capable of intersteller Travel. Many ground combat vectors of Tyranids are bilaterally symetrical have six apendages, but there is a lot of variety amongst the myriad tyranid strains.
Tyranids are not sapient and don't make use of technology, although they have at their disposal various organs and orginisms to serve as weaponry.
