No, I am not one of the Superfriends!
Tuvok is the first officer and tactical officer of the USS Voyager. He is one of the few members of the crew who seems to occasionally have a clue, so naturally hardly anyone follows his advice. Tuvok is a Vulcan, so he supposedly can't lie (if Data's assessment of Vulcans is to be believed[1]), but he still managed to infiltrate the Maquis and become first officer of Chakotay's ship somehow.
