Atheism is the belief that God does not exist, or -- as some would prefer it stated -- lack of belief in any god. Atheism is common among SDN members.
Semantics
Technically, a "strong atheist" believes that there is/are no god(s), while a "weak athiest" does not believe that god(s) exist(s) because there is no reliable evidence.
