Fantasy is a genre of fiction involving supernatural elements, generally based on mythology in one way or another. As fantasy differs from science fiction in many ways, the SD.net BBS has a separate forum for the discussion of fantasy.

- High fantasy (The Lord of the Rings by JJR Tolkin)
- Low fantasy (Conan the Barbarian)
