The USS Reliant was a Federation starship appearing in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.
The ship was captured by Khan who used it to try seek revenge on Kirk and steal the Genesis device. The ship was destroyed by the stolen Genesis torpedo which Khan tried to use it to take Kirk with him after Reliant was heavily damaged by the Enterprise.
