Blacklight camouflage is a wearable material developed by the Earth Alliance that hides the wearer from normal vision. Presumably the wearer would still be visible in the other portions of the electromagnetic spectrum.
Blacklight camouflage is experimental, and it was only seen once in Babylon 5.
