Daleks are functionally cyborgs. Without their "robotic" bodies, they aren't very dangerous, and they almost never operate without their typical transport/manipulation/combat systems. --[[User:Ted C|Ted C]] 13:59, 27 September 2010 (UTC) |

Daleks are functionally cyborgs. Without their "robotic" bodies, they aren't very dangerous, and they almost never operate without their typical transport/manipulation/combat systems. --Ted C 13:59, 27 September 2010 (UTC)
