Gravity is a fundamental force of the universe that accelerates massive objects toward each other.

Converting from g to m/s²
Let us say that your object is accelerating at 400 g's (like HIBEX).
Figuring out its acceleration in meters per second per second (m/s²) can be done by the following calculation:
400 g * 9.80665 m/s² = 3,922.66 m/s²
