The Dilgar were a species of sapients in the Babylon 5 universe. Militaristic and expansionist, the Dilgar initiated a war against the League of Non-Aligned Worlds when they discovered that their sun would go supernova in the early 22nd century. With the help of the Earth Alliance, the League eventually prevailed, confining the Dilgar to their home system. The Dilgar subsequently became extinct when their sun went nova. The only survivor was the Dilgar Warmaster, Jha'dur, who was eventually executed/assassinated by the Vorlons.
