The Battle of Asuras was a major battle in 2008 between a coalition of the Wraith, Travellers, and Atlantis Expedition against the Asuran homeworld. Combining a fleet assault above the planet with a sabotage action on the ground, it was a complete victory for the alliance: at a cost of just a few ships, the Asuran homeworld was destroyed, and virtually all Asuran blocks with it.
