Bespin is a gas giant in the Star Wars galaxy. It is notable for being rich in tibanna gas, and at certain altitudes, the atmosphere of Bespin is able to support human life. The abundance of easily accessible tibanna gas lead to the creation of mining operations and a population of settlers settled in several repulsorlift-based cities, the most notable by far being Cloud City.
