For example, a simple template could be <tt><nowiki>{{HelloWorldTemplate|firstName=Bob}}</nowiki></tt> and then the template would create a centered box with lots of fancy markup that says "Hello World! Meet Bob." Then I could call the template again, and get the same fancy box but with a different name. | |||

I added a sample template: [[Template:BattleQuickInfo]]. It still needs some work on formatting. I included it here to play around with (feel free to fix anything, either in the data entered on this page or on the template itself).
