MSPaint is an image editing program which comes pre-installed with most recent versions of Microsoft's Windows operating system. While it is largely outdated and widely considered a piece of crap, it can still be useful to analyze screenshots on a pixel-by-pixel level. Most people can't do anything with it beyond the aforementioned screenshot analysis or something like Fireman Comics, however, there is the occasional bright spark who can do THIS!
