Anime is a term used to discribe animation from Japan, as well as animation done elsewere that emulates common Japanese styles of animation. Anime has in recent years has had a major effect on western animation.
Among the population of SD.net, the popularity of Anime varies, with numbers of users which are fans of Anime such as Spanky The Dolphin, to those who voice strong dislike for it, such as Mike.
