Vornskr are a species of canid-like predator native to the planet Myrkr in the Star Wars EU. Vornskr are sensitive to the Force, using it to locate prey when hunting. They are especially attracted and hostile toward Force-sensitive individuals like Jedi and Sith.
Use of the Force by vornskr as a hunting sense likely lead to the development of Force-suppression in the ysalamir, a prey species also native to Myrkr. While no Jedi or Sith has sufficient Force affinity to manipulate or even feel the Force within the suppression bubble of an ysalamir, vornskr are sensitive enough to still react to strong Force-related stimuli.
