It is possible that Bajor Wormhole already had the materials in it that it needed.So all these Self replicating mines had to do was just beam materials in. Another more important question how could cloak device on these mines be legal under Treaty of Algeron. While possible Treaty of Algeron forbids UFP only using cloak devices aboard Starships or spacecrafts carry people aboard them. | |||

Normally replicate needs materials to make a item. It is possible that Bajor Wormhole already had the materials in it that it needed.So all these Self replicating mines had to do was just beam materials in. Another more important question how could cloak device on these mines be legal under Treaty of Algeron.
