Plasma Weapons are a type of weaponry fairly common in Science Fiction that work by firing bursts of Plasma generally in magnetically contained Bolts, as well as in in streams.
Examples of Plasma Weapons
- Phased Plasma Guns in Babylon 5
- Imperial Plasma Guns and Tau Pulse Weapons in Warhammer 40,000
- Romulan Plasma Torpedoes in Star Trek
