I think those will happen during Episode III, not after. And no, I don't think Anakin knows that he has childre with Padmé. Otherwise, he would have started searching for them as soon as he'd become Darh Vader, and would, sooner or later, have found them. I suspect he left Amidala long before her pregnancy became visible, to fight in the clone wars.
And having Palpy declare himself Emperor at the end of Ep III would be such a cool ending.
