Boba could go back to Kamino, and get one of those rapid-training rigs. From there, He uses a voice sunthesizer to imitate his Dad's voice, and only communicates via comm-screen, while wearing the helmet. As he gets older, he uses stilts on the uniform to keep it looking like he's the full-size Fett, and eventually would give his name out.
